The side fenders, made from real go-kart tyres are ideal for protecting your hull when moored up against hard banks such as concrete or steel piling.
The narrow ones (front tyres!) are 5" wide and suitable for most places, whilst the wide ones (rear tyres) are 8" wide and are better for very irregular moorings or if you want a good gap between bank and boat.
They are supplied with a stainless steel mounting ring securely bolted through the casing.
This is the product featured on 'Dragons Den'. We were so impressed with its capabilities that we got some as soon as possible. Now you can get one (or more).
What is a Waterbuoy? It is a small keyfob like device which can be attached to your keys, your mobile phone or anything else valuable to you which you might lose overboard.
Once immersed in water it automatically inflates a reinforced balloon strong enough to lift up to a kilogram of wieight to the surface and flashes a light within it too to make sure you can find it.
With all the data now being stored on mobile phones it is imperative that yours has a Waterbuoy attached to it. Even a windlass can be lifted to the surface by a waterbuoy!
We have had a lot of requests from customers for a lightweight, long-lasting boat pole, so we have now designed a 10'' 6" long (3.2 m) aluminium boat pole.
This pole is much lighter than the equivalent wooden pole and with a turned wooden handle at one end and rubber foot at the other it floats so that if you drop it in the water you have a chance of retrieving it.
The purpose of having a GPS system on your boat is not really to navigate the canal - one of the canal guides is sufficient for that.
The features of the system are:
It can also give you useful information such as the accurate time, the time of sunrise and sunset or your average speed or maximum speed.
Many boaters have been sceptical about the need for GPS on the canals but once they have tried one, they wouldn't be without it
We provide this system with rechargeable batteries (from a 240 volt supply) and a 12volt cable so that you don't need to use up the batteries whilst on board.
Call us if you want more information or to discuss the best model for you.
For details of how a GPS system can benefit you, see the Yellow System details, above.
The main diferences between this system and the yellow one are as follows:
This new combined television receiver with built in DVD player is a lovely unit for on a boat (or in your kitchen, or your bedroom . . .)
It has a 15" screen with black surround and stand for shelf mounting and standard VESA fitting on the back for bracket mounting.
It has a very discreet slot in the side - pop in a DVD and you can watch a film.
With 12 volt lead for connection to a cigar lighter socket and 240 volt lead with transformer for mains connection the unit is very versatile.
If the 15" TV and DVD Player isn't big enough for you, then why not get the 19" instead?
It has a large 19" screen with black surround and stand for shelf mounting and standard VESA fitting on the back for bracket mounting.
